Supports your Growing Family

Postpartum Doula & Chef Services

Currently serving the Seattle Area

I’m a pediatrician and a mom of three, and I’ll be honest — I wasn’t sure what to expect. What I got was Kristin: warm, present, thoughtful, and genuinely skilled. She fed my whole family beautifully for weeks, adapted to our needs, and filled our fridge with food that supported my postpartum recovery in a real, tangible way.

COMMITMENT TO BEING EQUITY-MINDED

As a care provider, small business owner, and person, I am committed to the ongoing dismantling of systems of bias, behaviors, and beliefs. This may be in the form of self-education, actively supporting BIPOC individuals or organizations, choosing to offer services outside of a system rooted in racism and patriarchy, and using the privilege I may have to vocalize social awareness-based truths. I view myself as a lifelong learner, and I value ideas, feedback, and collaborations on ways I can more effectively stand for inclusive responsibility.
